Shipping & Returns

Shipping is Simple!

We ship most of our products within 24 hours of ordering via FedEx, our preferred carrier. Shipments using FedEx are automatically insured for up to $100 in value by FedEx in the event of damage or lost parcel, in accordance with FedEx guidelines. Please check to make sure your shipping address is accurate. There is a $10 charge by the shipping agent for address corrections (that includes a missing apartment number).

Birds are shipped via air carrier (Delta, Continental, Alaska Airlines). We are known shippers (registered with the TSA)

Internationally, we use the US Postal Service or FedEx.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. There is risk of cross contamination. Please be certain of your selections before you order. This keeps the cost down for everyone.

Many items come with manufacturer's warranties. These warranties are honored and provided directly from the manufacturer.
