Gregor sent is this pic of Chico (we love wet bird shots!):

Mark & Family shared: Sammy is doing great. He is very
playful, and is learning how to whistle a couple of tunes, and he
has learned how to air kiss and cluck a little bit. He is quite a
little gymnast - he does full forward and backward rolls over the
top of his perch, and our hands.
Sammy is learning to get along with Chad (our African Gray). So
far Chad is tolerant, and quite interested in Sammy, although he is
not pleased when Sammy tries to climb on Chad's cage.

Dawn wrote us: Cosmo is doing great. He's come out of his
shell and is feeling more at home lately. He's mellow compared to
our other WBC Pika who is very spastic. I put a new toy in their
cages yesterday and they are both currently playing with them.
That's one thing about Caiques.... they love to test out all the new
toys.
We took the birds out back for a bit of sunbathing and they
thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tammy sent is this picture and note: Fraya is on the top of
the Jolly Ball. Thanks again,
She's awesome!!! you did a great job!
 |
Jason checks in: Pickles is doing great! She has made
herself right at home. I can't believe how fearless she is. My dogs
are scared of her, but she thinks she's bigger than they are. Slept
right through the nights without a sound. I actually woke her up
this morning, to her disappointment!
Thank you so much for all of your advice and patience
through all of this!

Mmmmmm, Strawberries!

Monique reports from Canada: I promised to send you a picture of
our "Cookie" in his new Jolly Ball. We've hung his Jolly Ball from
the ceiling above his cage. From the kitchen we could hear
"Peak-a-boo!" and sure enough he was peaking his head out of one of
the holes. Now he just says "Peak.." because he's too busy exploring
to bother finishing the sentence!!

Jackie tells us: Lola is officially 1 years old now! She
has been so much fun this past year and has done nothing but make us
laugh, whether she is trying to talk like us or just playing on her
gym. I cant imagine life without her...and that's a good thing
knowing she has like 35 more birthdays to go!
 |
|
Just in from Kelly: Here are some pictures!!!!
I love them soooooo much and I don't know what I would do without
all my babies!!! They are like children to me.
 |
Karla told us: OH! I am in Love!

Steve gives us an update (after adding baby #2): Hi Tammy,
First I would like to wish you guys a merry Christmas and a happy
new year!!!!!!! I hope the pictures came thru ok for you...as you
can see both birds are doing GREAT...... I don't no how they do it
but it sure seems like they come up with something new everyday...
Having one was fun but two.......they are better then any show on
TV....They're even letting us sleep in till 7am most days now. and
around here that's late... LOL.... When friends come by they have to
bring the kids just to play with the guys....and for us not having
any little kids around they sure do like them...and love to put on a
show for anyone that will watch them... They really are so much fun
to have around...

Nadia sent us: Jade is doing wonderful. My husband secretly
likes her. He actually gets her out of the cage and puts her on the
play top when I am not home. She likes to preen his mustache and
goatee it is quite cute.

We expect Jade to be emailing us herself - as soon as she
masters that mouse! |
This in from Jennifer: This is Lucy, my little Pearl that I
bought back in October, and she absolutely loves her
Jolly Ball.
She sleeps in it and just has fun hiding and playing in it.
She likes to play Peek-a-boo with her friend Costello.

Andrew checking in: Believe it or not, Skipper’s first birthday is
fast approaching. He has turned out to be a really handsome boy! He
is a very bright little bird with all kinds of personality. He is
quite the brazen thief. He will steal your food from right under
your nose! If we have a
Nutri-Berries out for the birds, Skipper will always run over
and steal Penny’s, sometimes while she has hers in her beak. It is
pretty funny to watch.

New from Karla: Captain Jack Sparrow aka Mr. Ticklebum enjoys his
jolly ball!
 |
|
Taegan sent us a couple great pictures of Chico in a favorite

From Vern & Judy:
This is the second
Adventure Travel cage we have purchased from you. We took the
first one to Canada with us when we went back last May and left it
there. We returned to South Padre last week for the winter and
spring. Ocho, our cockatiel, flew both ways with us in a
cabin kennel, which we also purchased from you. The
Adventure cage is great for short car trips and walks to visit
with other birds in the local area.
We really enjoy your website. |
